To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
A valid receipt or order number is required for all return requests.
Note: Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used pet food and treats
Medicines, supplements, or grooming liquids
Personalized or custom-made products
Items purchased during clearance or sale events
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@furryswellness.com with:
Your order ID
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund—based on your preference.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:
Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
For booked pet care or grooming services:
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on preparation costs.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for missed or unattended appointments.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (where applicable).
To request an exchange, contact support@furryswellness.com within 7 days of delivery.
Unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Using a trackable shipping service, or
Purchasing shipping insurance
