We aim to ensure every pet owner is satisfied with their purchase.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be accepted.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to this policy.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • A valid receipt or order number is required for all return requests.

Note: Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats

  • Medicines, supplements, or grooming liquids

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@furryswellness.com with:

  • Your order ID

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund—based on your preference.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


6. Service Refunds (Pet Care / Grooming / Vet Visits)

For booked pet care or grooming services:

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on preparation costs.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for missed or unattended appointments.


7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (where applicable).
To request an exchange, contact support@furryswellness.com within 7 days of delivery.


8. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service, or

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
